MINSK, 4 October (BelTA) – Belarus and Azerbaijan signed cooperation documents following the talks between Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko and Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov, BelTA has learned.
A roadmap for the development of agricultural production in Aghdam District was signed by the Agriculture and Food Ministry of Belarus and the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan. An agreement for providing urban planning services to turn the rural settlement of Gyzyl Kangarli in Aghdam District into an agro-town was also concluded.
The health ministries signed a cooperation program (roadmap) for 2024-2025.
In addition, an agreement on the sale and purchase of fire-fighting and other types of specialized vehicles was inked between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan and Ganja Automobile Plant.
A reminder, in June 2024 a tripartite agreement was signed between Ganja Automobile Plant, Minsk Automobile Plant and another Belarusian enterprise, Pozhsnab, on launching the production of Belarusian fire-fighting equipment in Azerbaijan. In line with the agreement concluded on 3 October, such equipment will be supplied to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan.
