Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized that everyone should be held responsible according to the law, especially if they broke the law.
“Quite a few people returned to our society. We keep tabs on them,” the Belarusian leader said. “One should be able to forgive people. But only those people who can be forgiven. It's not me who should forgive, although I have the right to pardon any person under the Constitution.But I didn't go for it. Because they inconvenienced you, they broke your property.
