MINSK, 2 July (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed decrees to award military, special and personal ranks, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian head of state.
Major general military rank was awarded to Colonel Andrei Matiyevich. Colonel of Justice Sergei Udovikov got the special rank of major general of justice.
Head of the Vitebsk Customs Service Pavel Lobachev was awarded the personal rank of the state customs counselor, 3rd class.
