Lukashenko approves draft Framework Agreement with OPEC Fund

MINSK, 31 August (BelTA) – On 31 August Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 326 to approve the draft Framework Agreement between Belarus and the OPEC Fund for International Development as a basis for negotiations, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The Economy Ministry was authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft Framework Agreement and sign it.
