MOSCOW, 1 November (BelTA) – A session of the Council of Ministers of the Union State of Belarus and Russia will take place in Belarus’ territory in November, BelTA learned from the press service of the Russian government after Alexey Overchuk, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian government, co-chairman of the High-Level Group of the Union State Council of Ministers, met with State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Dmitry Mezentsev.
Alexey Overchuk and Dmitry Mezentsev discussed priority matters concerning deeper integration in the Union State of Belarus and Russia. Attention was focused mostly on preparations for the forthcoming session of the Union State Council of Ministers, which is supposed to take place in Belarus in November 2024.
