MINSK, 18 February (BelTA) - The second day of trilateral negotiations between the Russian Federation, the United States, and Ukraine on resolving the conflict in Ukraine has begun behind closed doors in Geneva, TASS reports citing its own source.
The negotiations are taking place at the Intercontinental Hotel in Geneva.
The previous day saw the first day of consultations in the formats Russia - USA, Russia - Ukraine, and Russia - USA - Ukraine. They lasted six hours. According to U.S. President's special envoy Steve Witkoff, meaningful progress was made following the first day of talks.
