MINSK, 7 October (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Kazakhstan Alexey Bogdanov visited the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 7 October, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Astana.
Ambassador Alexey Bogdanov got familiar with the institute's capabilities and main areas of scientific activity. The parties expressed interest in developing Belarusian-Kazakh cooperation through expert exchanges in studying the experience of constitutional reform, analyzing the construction of a digital economy, and exploring the prospects for the development of integration associations.
The parties also considered practical aspects of preparing and conducting joint events.
An agreement was reached to hold a meeting of the expert council between representatives of the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research and the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to explore the topics of joint scientific research in areas of mutual interest.
