Belarus, Tanzania outline steps to boost cooperation

MINSK, 25 October (BelTA) – Ways to intensify bilateral cooperation were discussed at the meeting of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Kenya with concurrent accreditation to Tanzania Pavel Vzyatkin with Tanzania Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“The parties have outlined concrete steps to boost cooperation in priority areas. The prime minister conveyed warm greetings to the Belarusian authorities,” the press service said.

The Belarusian diplomat also held meetings with the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Mineral Resources of Tanzania. The issues of developing a legal framework for the development of business contacts and holding business events were discussed during the talks at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tanzania.
