MINSK, 28 July (BelTA) - Belarus and Indonesia have discussed military cooperation, the Belarusian Defense Ministry told BelTA.
Indonesian Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin is currently on a visit to Belarus. On 28 July, he met with Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces - First Deputy Defense Minister of the Republic of Belarus Pavel Muraveiko.
The parties touched upon matters of bilateral military cooperation, focusing on a specific list of activities planned for future implementation. Participants of the meeting emphasized the friendly nature of interstate relations, noting that mutual respect for historical and cultural values forms the foundation for building a trustworthy dialogue.
