MINSK, 4 July (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Vladimir Borovikov has been received by Vietnamese President To Lam, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties reviewed the state of bilateral relations and discussed ways to step up multi-level interaction in the political, trade, economic and humanitarian spheres, to deepen inter-regional cooperation and to mobilize public diplomacy resources.
They highlighted the friendly and trusting nature of bilateral relations.
To Lam conveyed congratulations to Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and the Belarusian people on Independence Day and the 80th anniversary of Belarus’ liberation from the Nazi invaders.
