MOSCOW, 19 November (BelTA) - Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Aleksandr Rogozhnik held a meeting with Egyptian Ambassador to Russia Hamdy Shaaban, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian diplomatic mission.
“The Egyptian diplomat emphasized the importance of developing cooperation with Belarus and also expressed the view that the parties need to make greater use of the existing potential for collaboration. The heads of the diplomatic missions also discussed cooperation in politics, economy, mutual support within international organizations, and the schedule of upcoming contacts between Minsk and Cairo,” the press service reported.
“Ambassador Hamdy Shaaban expressed interest in developing relations with Belarus in the industrial sector and implementing joint economic projects,” the diplomatic mission added.
