Kindergarten No. 2 in the town of Ostrovets reopened after renovation on 13 August. Over the course of a year, the facility underwent an extensive upgrade that replaced the roof, electrical and plumbing systems (both indoor and outdoor), doors. It also featured interior finishing work, facade insulation and new fencing and outdoor equipment.
