The CIS Executive Committee in Minsk hosted a meeting of the CIS Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives, first in 2026. It was held under the chairmanship of Turkmenistan. The main item on the agenda was the Concept for Turkmenistan’s 2026 CIS Chairmanship and the action plan to it.
