The 4th Congress of Small Towns, held under the slogan Small Regions – Big Opportunities, is wrapping up its work. Previous meetings within the framework of these congresses between Belarus’ Grodno Oblast and Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod Oblast have yielded tangible results. The next congress will take place in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast’s Bolshoye Boldino, with culture as one of its central themes. Alongside economic cooperation, youth initiatives remain a key focus for participants.
