A seminar-meeting on the application of Decree No. 337 of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 17 September 2025 “On Providing Support to Sports Organizations”, was held at the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus on 16 December. According to the new state support mechanism for sports organizations, federations will now be able to receive subsidies from the national budget, while clubs will receive funding from local budgets, with all expenditures strictly designated for specific purposes. Furthermore, funding based on sponsors obtaining property, land, and corporate profit tax exemptions will no longer be provided.
