Tatarstan head praises Belarus' engineering products at expo in Kazan

MOSCOW, 6 December (BelTA) – The exhibition center Kazan Fair in the capital of Tatarstan, the Russian Federation, is playing host to the 18th international exhibition Mechanical Engineering. Metalwork. Kazan and the 13th exhibition TechnoSvarka. Taking part in the exhibitions are 11 Belarusian companies, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian embassy in Russia.

Belarus is represented at the exhibition by Research Institute Belorgstankinprom, Belarusian Steel Works, BATE - Managing Company of Avtokomponenty, Krasny Borets Machine Tool Plant, Orsha Tool Plant ", S.M.Kirov Machine Tool Plant and others.

Attending the opening ceremony of the exhibitions was Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. “The president of Tatarstan got familiar with the Belarusian exposition and praised the products displayed by the Belarusian Industry Ministry,” the diplomatic mission said.

After the opening ceremony the Belarusian delegation took part in a meeting of the Coordination Council of Tatarstan Mechanical Engineering Enterprises chaired by Rustam Minnikhanov.
