STAVROPOL, 28 November (BelTA) - Stavropol Territory shows interest in Belarusian buses, trolleybuses, and trams, Minister of Economic Development of Stavropol Territory Anton Doronin told the media, BelTA has learned.
“Today, we discussed an important aspect of cooperation, namely the renewal of passenger transport fleet, including with Belarus' participation. We are interested in this. Creating a comfortable urban environment is one of the top priorities for Stavropol Territory. According to him, the needs vary from city to city. In Stavropol, hybrid trolleybuses have proven effective, as overhead lines exist in some areas but are absent in new, rapidly developing districts. Pyatigorsk has a tram line. “Buses are needed everywhere,” he added.
