MINSK, 16 August (BelTA) – The Made in Belarus exposition will open at the Armenia Expo 2021 international exhibition due on  16-18 September in Yerevan, BelTA learned from the website of the BelInterExpo enterprise of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI).

“More than twenty Belarusian enterprises representing various industries will showcase their new products in the capital city of Armenia. These products were adapted to the tastes and needs of Armenian partners,” the statement reads.

For example, Gomselmash will take part in the exhibition for the first time. However, two agricultural machines under its PALESSE brand have been operating in Armenia since last year.

Slutsk Creamery will present the Yas Belous trademark featuring cheeses, milk powder and butter. “These types of Belarusian products enjoy a steady demand in the Caucasus. These products, along with cream and cottage cheese, dominated Belarus’ food export to Armenia in 2020,” the company informed.

The Belarusian delegation to Armenia Expo 2021 also includes Kalinkovichi Dairy Plant and enterprises of the Belgospishcheprom concern that will display their confectionery, grocery and alcoholic beverages.

According to BelInterExpo, the Made in Belarus exposition will be advertised through a promotional campaign in Armenia, a seminar for participants, and visits to Armenian enterprises.

The Armenia Expo 2021 international exhibition will be the 20th edition of this regional trade show.

The Made in Belarus exposition will be arranged by the BelInterExpo enterprise of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event is upheld by the Embassy of Belarus in Armenia, as well as the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

In 2021, BelInterExpo has plans to arrange more than 40 Belarusian expositions at international exhibitions in Armenia, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Iran, Kenya, the United Arab Emirates, Serbia, Uzbekistan and other countries.
