YEKATERINBURG, 7 July (BelTA) - INNOPROM. Belarus will be held in Minsk on 29 September – 1 October at the Minsk International Exhibition Center and was presented during a press conference on the sidelines of INNOPROM in Yekaterinburg, BelTA learned.
“The idea of holding INNOPROM in Minsk was born in 2023 when Belarus was a partner country of this event in Yekaterinburg. This year we have unveiled a new exhibition venue, namely Minsk International Exhibition Center, which meets all standards for holding such major events. It has 15,000 square meters of indoor space, a large congress hall, and conference rooms. Everyone who applies for participation will have enough space and time to hold their business events. Shuttles will be organized from the railway station, from major hotels, so that participants and guests can come and go in comfort. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in Minsk this autumn, both business and official delegations. Guests will be able to get acquainted with the largest exposition of Belarus and show themselves. We expect representatives of dozens of countries: both exhibits and participants in the extensive business program. We have received a lot of applications already. We expect contracts will b signed on the sidelines of the exhibition,” said Mikhail Myatlikov, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Belarusian Industry Minister Andrei Kuznetsov stressed that such forums as INNOPROM give a powerful impetus to the development of cooperation between the countries. “Cooperation between Belarus and Russia has always been very close. More than 10,000 Belarusian and Russian enterprises maintain close cooperation ties,” he noted.

Deputy Director for Marketing at MAZ Oksana Mikheyeva noted that the company is an annual participant of INNOPROM in Yekaterinburg. “For us, this is not only a major exhibition but also a negotiation venue that brings together representatives of Russian regions, other CIS countries and far abroad. Every year we present our latest solutions for the transport complex. For MAZ the major goal is to expand cooperation with Russian enterprises, deepen localization, and integrate the Russian component base into our equipment. Of course, we are very much looking forward to INNOPROM in Minsk, where we will be able to exhibit a wider range of models. The preliminary concept is transport running on environmentally friendly fuel. We will show an electric garbage truck, a gas-fired bus.
