FEZ Minsk signs cooperation agreement with Mexico’s industrial park

MINSK, 25 June (BelTA) - The Free Economic Zone (FEZ) Minsk and Mexico’s Toluca Industrial Park have signed a cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony took place during a visit by a Belarusian delegation to Mexico, organized by the Minsk Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the press service of the FEZ Minsk told BelTA.

The agreement aims to expand trade and investment cooperation, including participation in joint projects, business events, and trade and investment missions. First Deputy Head of FEZ Minsk Administration Sergei Bubenko held talks with representatives of Mexican companies, presenting the investment potential of the FEZ and outlining areas to develop bilateral cooperation.

The visit program also included participation in the National Congress of Delegations, Sectors, and Industrial Branches of Mexico’s National Chamber of the Manufacturing Industry (CANACINTRA), visits to the Toluca Industrial Park and a logistics hub.

These business events are aimed at strengthening business ties between Belarus and Mexico and attracting Mexican investment into the Belarusian economy, the press service added.
