MINSK, 11 February (BelTA) – The Belarusian tractor maker MTZ will supply about 50 BELARUS 820 tractor sets to Cuba. This is stipulated by the specification to the framework contract signed by MTZ marketing director Andrei Matalitsky and DIVEP director Yalain Munoz on 11 February, BelTA learned from the MTZ press service.
The parties agreed on the supplies of not only tractor sets but also spare parts. The guests toured the tractor assembly line, the MTZ exhibition and museum.
Minsk Tractor Works is the world's leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery. Over its almost 80-year history, the plant has produced about 4.1 million tractors. Currently the machines are produced under the BELARUS brand.
