MINSK, 18 September (BelTA) - Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ) and the government of Russia’s Smolensk Oblast have signed an agreement on cooperation in the implementation of an investment project, the company’s press service told BelTA.

The document was signed by MAZ Director General Valery Ivankovich and Governor of Russia’s Smolensk Oblast Vasily Anokhin. The agreement envisages the launch of a center to produce and provide maintenance services for special-purpose and utilities vehicles.
