MINSK, 15 October (BelTA) - A working meeting between Belarusian Energy Minister Denis Moroz and Russian Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilev took place on the sidelines of the international forum Russian Energy Week in Moscow on 15 October, the press service of the Belarusian Energy Ministry told BelTA.
The parties discussed the key issues of cooperation in the energy sector and expressed mutual interest in deepening their partnership, including within the ongoing work to establish common energy markets.
The meeting also addressed strengthening power engineering cooperation between the two countries. This matter will be further considered by a joint working group headed by the deputy energy ministers of the two countries.
