MINSK, 14 March (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Kazakhstan Aleksei Bogdanov met with Mayor of Almaty Erbolat Dosaev, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan.
During the meeting the parties discussed ways of increasing mutual trade, launching new joint projects and searching for options for mutually beneficial cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the city of Almaty.
As part of preparations for the first Forum of Regions of Belarus and Kazakhstan, the parties paid special attention to the development of interregional cooperation.
The parties reaffirmed interest in exchanging business visits in order to intensify mutual trade and search for possible options of industrial cooperation.
