MINSK, 17 October (BelTA) – Tsmoki Minsk beat Al Wahda 87-76 in the first match against the UAE teams, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Basketball Federation.
The encounter turned to be an action-packed game. Vladislav Bliznyuk (26 points), Andrei Rahozenka (17), and David Odiah (12) led the visiting team in points. The next game is scheduled for 18 October.
Tsmoki Minsk comprising players of reserve and youth teams is in Abu Dhabi on the invitation of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council as part of the memorandum of cooperation between the Presidential Sport club and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, with the assistance of Baniyas Club and the Belarusian embassy in the United Arab Emirates.
