MINSK, 30 January (BelTA) - Three Belarusian speed skaters secured victories at the Russian Sprint and Allaround Speed Skating Championships in Irkutsk, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Sports Ministry
Yahor Damaratsky of Belarus delivered the best result in the men’s classic allround event. Over the course of four races (500m + 1500m + 5000m + 10,000m), the Belarusian scored 152,357 points and set a national record.

Damaratsky finished just half a point ahead of Russia’s Daniil Aldoshkin. Earlier, victories at the Irkutsk tournament in the sprint allround event were clinched by Belarus’ Hanna Damaratskaya and Ignat Golovatsiuk.
