
MINSK, 25 July (BelTA) - The 2025 Belarus Open Athletics Championships have successfully concluded at the Brestsky Olympic Sports Center, BelTA has learned.
The event featured top athletes from Belarus' national team alongside participants from Russia. On the third and final day of the tournament, 25 July, athletes competed for 19 sets of medals. The following athletes claimed champion titles:
200m: Mikita Zhigar (men) and Elizaveta Tretyak (women)
400m: Raman Valodzkin (men) and Polina Tkalich (Russia, women)
400m Hurdles: Fyodor Ivanov and Emilia Tangara (both Russia)

Nikita Zhigar set a new Belarusian record of 20.40 in the 200m. Dmitry Ivanenko, Tatyana Shabanova and Elizaveta Tretiak won two gold medals each.

High jump: Danil Lysenko (Russia), Natalia Spiridonova (Russia)
