MINSK, 31 July (BelTA) - Three Belarusian football clubs will play their second-leg matches in the second qualifying round of the 2025-2026 UEFA Conference League, BelTA has learned.
Two matches will take place in Hungary on 31 July. In Szeged, FC Neman Grodno will face Slovakia's Košice (kickoff at 21:00). A week ago, the Belarusian team secured a hard-fought 3-2 victory in Košice. If successful over two legs, Igor Kovalevich's squad will meet the winner of the tie between Serbia's Radnički 1923 and the Faroe Islands' KÍ Klaksvík in the third round. Their leg in Serbia ended in a goalless draw (0-0). Earlier in the qualifiers for Europe's third-tier club competition, Neman twice defeated Armenia's Urartu from Yerevan - 2-1 and 4-0.
Meanwhile, in Kisvárda, Zhodino's Torpedo-BelAZ will take on Israel's Maccabi Haifa (21:00). Last week in Szombathely, Hungary, the teams played out a 1-1 draw. Should Dmitry Molosh's men advance, they will face the winner between Poland's Raków Częstochowa and Slovakia's Žilina, with the Poles whitewashing the Slovaks 3-0 at home in the first leg. In the previous round, Torpedo defeated North Macedonia's Rabotnički from Skopje - 3-0 and 1-0.
In Albania's Rrogozhinë, FC Dinamo Minsk will play against local Egnatia (22:00). A week ago, Dinamo suffered a 0-2 defeat to the Albanian club. The winner of this tie will face Slovenia's Olimpija Ljubljana in the next round, which proved stronger than Andorra's Inter d'Escaldes (4-2 and 1-1). Dinamo began their European campaign in the Champions League qualifiers but were eliminated by Bulgaria's Ludogorets Razgrad (0-1 and 2-2).
