MINSK, 26 October (BelTA) - The Executive Board of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus held a meeting to consider a number of topical issues, BelTA learned from the NOC press service.
The Board approved the qualitative composition of a Belarusian media delegation for the upcoming Games (accreditation by name will start in the autumn of 2023). This matter was previously discussed at a meeting of the Communications Commission of the NOC of Belarus. The Executive Board approved the temporary recognition of the public association "Belarusian Federation of Urban Sports" and the changes to the composition of the permanent Communications Commission of the NOC of Belarus.
The commission is composed of full-time employees of the NOC of Belarus, representatives of the media, creative associations of journalists, organizations of physical education and sports, and government bodies of the Republic of Belarus. The main task of the Commission are to ensure extensive media coverage of the achievements of the national and world Olympic movement, activities of the NOC of Belarus.
