MINSK, 4 June (BelTA) – Roman Protasevich told the ONT TV channel about his role in planning a rebellion in Belarus, BelTA has learned.
According to Roman Protasevich, he also participated in online meetings of the plotters. When the opposition was working on a plan of a mutiny in Belarus, he acted as a link between them and Svetlana Tikhanovskaya. At one of his personal meetings with her, he said that a plan to overthrow the government was in the works. They did not want Franak Viacorka to know about these plans, because “he has a big mouth”.
“Most likely, there are still several groupings on standby in Belarus. In think that some of arms caches [with ammunition and weapons] are yet to be found,” Roman Protasevich said.
