Mix of contract army and drafted service seen as optimal for Belarusian army

MINSK, 11 February (BelTA) – A mix of contract army and drafted service is the optimal way of recruitment for the Belarusian army, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he addressed the 6th Belarusian People's Congress on 11 February, BelTA has learned.
