MINSK, 25 February (BelTA) – Belarus’ parliamentary and local elections are proceeding normally; no emergencies have been reported, Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Belarus Igor Karpenko told reporters at the CEC Information Center, BelTA has learned.
“The elections are going on normally, with no emergencies or other situations that could affect the conduct of the elections and the freedom of expression of citizens. At least, we have not received any reports about incidents,” said Igor Karpenko.
