MINSK, 26 February (BelTA) – The Justice Ministry of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of Saudi Arabia have signed a cooperation roadmap for 2024-2025, BelTA has learned.
“Our country seeks to promote friendly relations with all nations, and we have reliable friends who are ready to cooperate in any field. Cooperation should be regulated by a legal framework. One of the reasons for this visit is to sign a roadmap for 2024-2025 to harmonize legislation regulating cooperation in economy, agriculture, and international relations with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any relationship is based on a set of agreements and arrangements that incorporate legal practices of two countries. Cooperation between the two ministries is designed to make this legal framework effective and workable,” Belarus’ Justice Minister Sergei Khomenko said.
Saudi Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani noted that the signing of such a document shows commitment to closer cooperation. He added that the roadmap will open up new opportunities for cooperation in the field of justice and notaries, which, in turn, will facilitate bilateral relations in other fields.
