INNOPROM. Belarus expo draws 14,000 visitors

MINSK, 1 October (BelTA) – Minsk hosted the first INNOPROM. Belarus international industrial expo, which attracted over 14,000 international visitors from 24 countries in three days, the organizers of the event told BelTA.

The expo brought together 520 companies from Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. Its area at the Minsk International Exhibition Center BelExpo exceeded 20,000 square meters. The event saw participation from 73 Russian regions, with 23 of them showcasing their own stands.
The main plenary session titled as “Union of New Technologies: Сreating the Industry of the Future” took place on the first day, bringing together the heads of government of Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan alongside the industry ministers of Iran and Cuba.
“The participants identified promising avenues for interregional collaboration. The discussion highlighted modern digital infrastructure, transport and unmanned systems, financial technology for export flexibility and investment growth, and industrial talent development within the now traditional format of the INNOPROM University,” the organizers said.
Furthermore, several agreements of strategic importance for the development of industrial cooperation between Russia and Belarus were signed on the sidelines of the event. Among them are a roadmap for setting up a Belarusian equipment center in Saint Petersburg, a licensing deal granting Belarus exclusive rights to produce Gerofarm products, and an agreement to form a joint venture for developing hydrogen-powered super-heavy dump trucks.
“The INNOPROM. Belarus international industrial expo has become a platform for discussing key issues of industrial development, technology exchange, and the promotion of joint projects. The participation of a wide range of companies and countries confirms the interest in deepening economic cooperation and growth,” the organizers noted.
The next INNOPROM expo will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on 8-10 February 2026.
