MINSK, 24 June (BelTA) – The CIS headquarters in Minsk hosted a meeting of the working group that is drafting a comprehensive program to create a common labor market and to regulate labor migration in the CIS member states, BelTA learned from the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
The meeting was attended by representatives of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, the General Confederation of Trade Unions and the CIS Executive Committee. The participants reviewed proposals and remarks on the draft program and introduced a number of additions and clarifications. They made a decision to continue working on the document and to convene for the next meeting in July 2025.
