Belarus to continue training UAE policemen

MINSK, 5 March (BelTA) – Belarusian Internal Affairs Minister Ivan Kubrakov met with Commander-in-chief of the Dubai Police Force Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri on the sidelines of the World Police Summit. Ivan Kubrakov assured Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri that the program on training UAE police officers in Belarus will continue, the Belarusian Internal Affairs Ministry told BelTA.

Ivan Kubrakov thanked Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri for inviting Belarusian teams to participate in the UAE Swat Challenge 2024 that took place in February. Ivan Kubrakov praised the perfect organization of the tournament. He assured that Belarusian SWAT officers will continue participating in the tournament.

The Belarusian internal affairs minister expressed readiness to continue the program on training UAE police officers in Belarus in various aspects of police work.

At the end of the meeting Ivan Kubrakov invited Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri to visit Belarus.

The Belarusian internal affairs minister also met with heads of police delegations of Zimbabwe, Sweden, and CIS states on the sidelines of the summit.
