MINSK, 20 December (BelTA) - In January-November 2025 companies of all forms of ownership built 37,200 apartments. A total of 3,561,700 square meters of the total area of housing were commissioned, BelTA learned from the Belarusian National Statistical Committee.
Belarus commissioned some 1,112,700 square meters of housing for people registered as in need of better living conditions, which accounted for 31.2% of the total housing commissioned.
Some 642,500 square meters of such housing were subsidized by the government.
As to rural communities, 1,381,000 square meters of housing were delivered there, or 38.8% of homes commissioned in the country.
