MINSK, 3 June (BelTA) - For five days, on 3-7 June, the Minsk International Exhibition Center will be hosting the Belarusian agro-industrial week’s events and the 35th international specialized exhibition Belagro 2025. Participating in the exhibition will be 545 companies from 14 countries, showcasing over 500 units of agricultural machinery and equipment used in crop cultivation, animal husbandry and food production, BelTA has learned.

Every year, the Belarusian agro-industrial week brings together international exhibitions such as Belagro, BelFerma, BelProdukt, and Prodmash. Kholod. Upak to showcase advancements in crop cultivation, animal husbandry, poultry farming, modern processing, packaging, storage technologies, and agricultural machinery. The forum traditionally gathers not only Belarusian agricultural and food industry workers but also their foreign colleagues and partners, and this year will be no exception.
According to Belarusian Deputy Agriculture and Food Minister Vladimir Grakun, official delegations from over 20 countries will take part in Belagro 2025. New participants include Botswana, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Qatar, Mozambique, Republika Srpska (an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina), and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Exhibitors from Russia, Germany, Italy, China, Iran, Türkiye, Vietnam, Palestine, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan will present their agricultural achievements. Russia will have a particularly strong presence: representatives from 18 regions will visit the exhibition, and 12 regions will display their products, including Bryansk Oblast, Voronezh Oblast, Rostov Oblast, Smolensk Oblast, Lipetsk Oblast, Chelyabinsk Oblast, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, and Novosibirsk Oblast, Krasnodar Territory and Perm Territory, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, and Saint Petersburg.

A major highlight of Belagro 2025 is the significant expansion of open display areas, made possible by the relocation of the exhibition from the China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone to a new pavilion. This increased the exhibition area by 6,660 square meters, allowing leading domestic agricultural machinery manufacturers to showcase a greater number of exhibits.
The exhibition will feature a broad range of fertilizers, plant protection products, application equipment, grain harvesting machinery, feed preparation equipment, land reclamation machines, and equipment for growing and harvesting potatoes, sugar beets, and other vegetables. According to the organizers, agricultural products, machines, and equipment will be demonstrated in a unified system along with modern energy-saving solutions across all sectors, including production, processing, transportation, storage, and distribution.

According to Assistant to the General Director of MinskExpo Svetlana Zvezdina, some of the most visited expositions at Belagro annually are Fishing Village by Belvodkhoz and BelFerma. At BelFerma, visitors will see the latest advancements in animal husbandry, including animal feeding systems, housing equipment, cages, incubators, and automated installations for dairy farms. The exhibition will also introduce herd management systems, various milking units, stationary and mobile milk cooling systems for pasture use, new feeds, feed additives, veterinary medicines, and medical supplies. Innovative bioenergy solutions, including energy equipment and its software, will be presented. Additionally, the Trading Town exposition will be a key attraction, serving as a showcase for food industry achievements and featuring a marketplace for food product sales.
The exhibition pavilion will feature state-of-the-art equipment and materials for agricultural product processing, hosting displays from various specialized exhibitions: Prodmash. Kholod. Upack, showcasing food industry equipment; Belagro, focusing on agricultural processing equipment; BelProdukt. Food Industry, presenting food products. A total of 154 Belarusian producers will exhibit a wide range of food products, including sausages, meat semi-finished products, poultry, dairy products, canned goods, groceries, baby and diet food, bakery items, and more. Visitors will also enjoy food tastings organized by food industry companies. For the third consecutive year, fruit and vegetable producers will have their own open-air exhibit, allowing visitors to explore new vegetable varieties grown in Belarus and purchase fresh produce.

Over the years, Belagro has become a key platform for business negotiations. According to Head of the Main Department of Foreign Economic Activity of the Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry Kseniya Meleshko, thematic conferences and seminars will cover several topics: competitiveness of agricultural products, efficient land use with ecological and economic benefits, Belarus' cooperation prospects with neighboring and distant countries in agricultural innovations.

During the event, visitors can expect exciting competitions and demonstrations: the Champion of Taste national tasting contest; competition for the best breeding horse; best plowman award by an expert commission. The program will also feature an agricultural animal exhibition and live demonstrations of farming equipment. Alongside traditional exhibits, visitors will see innovative products, advanced solutions, and cutting-edge technologies. The Belarusian Industry Ministry plans to present more than 20 new products. According to Head of the Agricultural Mechanical Engineering Department of the Industry Ministry Andrei Sinilo, the strong presence of domestic manufacturers at such a large-scale exhibition clearly reflects the steady growth of the industry and its ability to fully meet the country’s demand for high-quality agricultural machinery and equipment.
The cultural program of Belagro 2025 will be exceptionally extensive, featuring performances by creative ensembles from various regions of Belarus and military orchestra music. A key attraction of this major agro-industrial forum is the Partisan Glade. Soldier’s Kitchen exhibition, where visitors can enjoy tasty porridge, a tradition that draws crowds year after year. Athletes will also take part in the event. The program includes: performances by the Gymnastics Theater of Belarusian State University of Physical Culture; extreme martial arts show featuring Belarusian champions; demonstration performances in football, sports gymnastics, and acrobatics; rhythmic gymnastics and combat sports; martial arts showcases including karate, hand-to-hand combat, taekwondo, and Muay Thai.

On 3-7 June, buses №912 and №962 will run every 20 minutes from the Academy of Sciences and the Pushkinskaya metro stations between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM, ensuring easy access to Belarus’ largest agricultural forum. Admission to the exhibition is free and requires no registration.
