MINSK, 21 March (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended Nowruz greetings to foreign leaders, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.
Congratulatory messages were sent to the presidents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that the Nowruz holiday fills people’s hearts with warmth, joy, happiness and hope for a bright future. The head of state emphasized that sharing the ideals of mutual respect and constructive interaction embodied in this holiday, Belarus consistently strengthens relations of friendship and partnership with these countries. The president is confident that the development of interstate dialogue and practical cooperation will continue to serve the interests of citizens and maintain stability in Eurasia.
The head of state wished the foreign leaders health, boundless energy and success in their responsible duties, and the people of these countries – peace and harmony.
