MINSK, 23 June (BelTA) - Humanitarian situation in the region and the world were the focus of attention during a meeting between Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Igor Sekreta and Frank Mohrhauer, the Head of the Country Cluster Delegation for the Russian Federation and Belarus at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) in Minsk on 23 June, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“Igor Sekreta and Frank Mohrhauer discussed the current issues of cooperation between Belarus and the IFRC. The conversation also touched upon the progress in the joint action plan 2026 between the Republic of Belarus and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the humanitarian situation in the region and the world,” the press service said.
Frank Mohrhauer took an active part in the 3rd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security held in Minsk in 2025.
