BISHKEK, 27 November (BelTA) – At the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summit in Bishkek, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko stated that tectonic shifts are taking place in international relations, BelTA has learned.
“We are witnessing tectonic shifts in international relations,” the president said.
The head of state noted that multilateral arms control mechanisms have been either completely dismantled or rendered ineffective due to confrontation and a lack of trust.
