MINSK, 15 October (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to workers of pharmaceutical and microbiological industries as they celebrate Pharmaceutical and Microbiological Industry Workers Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“Thanks to your high professionalism, fruitful cooperation with scientific organizations and support of the state, Belarusian industrial pharmaceutics and microbiology have made significant progress in recent years. Production of domestic medicines meeting the world quality standards has been constantly increasing. We are successfully working on the development of our own unique technologies and increasing the export of products,” the head of state said.
Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that extensive technical expertise and intellectual potential of the personnel would enable the industry to become one of the leading sectors of the national economy in the near future.
The president thanked the workers of pharmaceutical and microbiological industries for their diligent work and wished them strong health, happiness, wellbeing, new achievements and accomplishments for the benefit of the Belarusian people.
