MINSK, 10 November (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated Alassane Dramane Ouattara on his victory in the presidential election in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“The results of the vote demonstrate the high level of trust of the nation and the unconditional recognition of the rightness of the chosen path for state-building. I am convinced that your dedicated work in this responsible position will continue to contribute to the prosperity of the country and the well-being of its citizens,” the Belarusian leader noted.
Aleksandr Lukashenko reaffirmed Belarus’ interest in developing long-term and solid ties with Côte d’Ivoire.
“I would like to emphasize Minsk’s readiness to share its experience in agriculture, the supply of machinery and food products, medicine, and informatization with Yamoussoukro. I believe that we have significant potential to expand bilateral cooperation in these areas,” the message of congratulation reads.
The head of state wished his colleague health and strength in achieving all planned goals.
