Lukashenko: Belarus hopes for greater momentum in cooperation with Kuwait

MINSK, 25 February (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko sent National Day greetings to Emir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader. 

"Over the years of independence, Kuwait has achieved impressive successes in social and economic development. I am convinced that your authority and effective leadership will contribute to the growth of the well-being of the friendly Kuwaiti people," the congratulatory message reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed that Belarus remains committed to the consistent expansion of cooperation with Kuwait. "I hope that in the near future we will be able to give a greater momentum to bilateral cooperation through joint projects in trade, investment, humanitarian and other areas," the head of state said.
