Lukashenko approves draft amendments to conventions regulating right to alimony in CIS

MINSK, 26 September (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No.375 to approve the draft protocols on amendments to the conventions on legal assistance and legal relations in civil, family and criminal cases of 22 January 1993 and 7 October 2002 as a basis for holding the relevant negotiations, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian head of state.

The draft protocols envisage enshrining provisions in the conventions to ensure the enforcement of court orders (definitions of court orders) on the collection of alimony for minor children in the CIS member states.
