MINSK, 13 March (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed decree No.91 to adjust subparagraph 2.13 of paragraph 2 of decree No.93, which was signed on 14 March 2022 to stipulate additional measures on ensuring the stable operation of the economy, BelTA has learned. The adjustment has been prompted by the accumulated practice in applying the decree.
In particular, the new decree specifies when the alienation of property owned by individuals from unfriendly countries does not require permissions and the payment of fees.
The Council of Ministers has also been granted the right to explain the application of the provisions introduced by this subparagraph.
The need to make the relevant adjustments was discussed during the president’s meeting with top officials of the Council of Ministers on 18 January 2024.
