Belarus president appoints new ambassadors to Spain, Poland

MINSK, 12 February (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko appointed new ambassadors on 12 February, BelTA has learned.

Pavel Pustovoi was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to the Kingdom of Spain with a concurrent accreditation as Belarus' permanent representative to the World Tourism Organization.

Vladimir Chushev was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Poland.

Apart from that, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Austria, Belarus' permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna Alena Kupchyna will also represent Belarus' interests in Slovenia and in the OSCE.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Hungary with a concurrent accreditation in Bosnia and Herzegovina Alexander Ponomarev will have a concurrent accreditation in Croatia. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Japan Ruslan Yesin will have a concurrent accreditation in Australia and New Zealand.
