MINSK, 17 August (BelTA) – U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio believes that the Ukraine peace deal has to have enforceable mechanisms in it, RIA Novosti reports.
Marco Rubio emphasized that the deal has to have security guarantees. “There’s no point here in signing a deal that’s going to be violated in three or four months. There’s no point in doing that. It actually would make things worse,” he argued.
