MINSK, 20 January (BelTA) – At the ceremony to present the State Quality Mark awards, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko gave special recognition to the cable products of the EnergoKomplekt enterprise, BELTA reports.
“Remarkable. I didn’t expect it. Well done! Thank you for your reliable products,” the president said while inspecting the company’s stand.
The head of state was invited to visit the production facility. “Well, now I am obliged to come to the plant. I will gladly do so. Dmitry Nikolaevich [Krutoi, Head of the President Administration], schedule the time,” the Belarusian leader instructed.
Cables with cross-linked polyethylene insulation rated from 6 to 330 kV, produced by EnergoKomplekt Production Association, are designed to ensure stable electricity supply to consumers regardless of weather conditions or other external factors. The solid conductor does not absorb moisture, which provides an advantage when laying cables in damp or water-logged soils. The use of an easily removable semiconducting layer eliminates the need for mechanical tools and reduces the risk of personnel error during joint installation.
