Maxim Ryzhenkov
MINSK, 9 March (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Ryzhenkov laid out the nation’s foreign policy roadmap for 2026 in an interview with the Belarus 1 TV channel, BelTA reports.
The foreign minister did not reveal all the details, noting that he can only speak in general terms while the preparation of a number of events is not yet in its final stretch.
“I can only hint at one thing: as the president says, it will be interesting. It will be multifaceted and it will be very vibrant. I hope the president will forgive me for saying this, but he will be fully engaged by us to develop contacts and expand trade and economic cooperation with many countries around the world that we are keen to work with. Our president is the chief diplomat. So we cannot do without him,” emphasized Maxim Ryzhenkov.
